Competitively priced and superbly located, the apartment offers an excellent package throughout the year.  General pricing is provided below, along with supplementary charges also listed.

Tariff 1: 1 November to 31 March : £300 per week, based on 2 persons.

Tariff 2: 1 April to 30 June : £350 per week, based on 2 persons.

Tariff 3: 1 July to 31 October : £400 per week, based on 2 persons.

All bookings include:

Weekly clean, linen service, bedding and towels.

Supplementary Charges:

£20 per additional guest, per week.

Deposit & Reservation Charges:

A £50 deposit is required to reserve the apartment, with the balance due 6 weeks before the booking date.  Bookings less than 6 weeks in advance will require payment in full.

A refundable safety deposit of £100, payable with the balance of the booking is required.  This is refunded within 14 days of vacating the apartment.
